If the Praxis Core Math 5733 Retake Sprint is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full $99, no questions asked.
We want learners who are getting value. We do not want anyone stuck with a product that is not helping them.
How to request a refund
Email admin@cogmyra.com from the address you used at checkout. Include “Refund request” in the subject line. You do not need to explain why.
We will confirm the request within one business day and process the refund through Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your card statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
What qualifies
- Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date qualify for a full $99 refund.
- You do not have to give a reason.
- You can request a refund whether or not you have started the Sprint, completed Day 1, or used any portion of the program.
What does not qualify
- Refund requests submitted more than 14 calendar days after your purchase date.
- Requests for partial refunds outside the 14-day window.
- Disputes initiated through a card chargeback before contacting us. If you have a concern, please email admin@cogmyra.com first. We will work with you directly.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, the purchase is final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue, lose access to your account, or face an unusual circumstance, contact admin@cogmyra.com and we will look at the situation case by case. We cannot promise a refund outside the 14-day window, but we read every message and we want to make things right when we can.
Founding beta context
The Praxis Core Math 5733 Retake Sprint is currently offered as a founding beta. We are deliberately keeping enrollment small so we can support every learner directly. If we make material changes to the program after your purchase, we will tell you, and you can request a refund regardless of the 14-day window.
